I have just purchased a car from this dealer and wanted to leave a review and am very surprised to see a bad review posted only today. They couldn't have been more helpful and Carl in particular went above and beyond for me. I am a driving instructor and my cars usually take a battering and he was really knowledgeable on what cars would suit me. I didn't feel as though I was being "˜upsold' like I have with other dealers. This is the first car I have bought myself not on finance and so was nervous but Carl was really patient and reassuring with me. I feel as though the customer service I have received is excellent and if I was to rate the whole experience I would have no hesitation in giving 10/10. It was satisfying, fulfilling and dare I say it.. fun.

I come across this garage on Autotrader i dealt with Cole and he very helpful they stay open a bit later as I was over hour drive away. I did buy a Vw golf and very happy. Would use this garage in the future and recommend these to my friends and family's.
They have a very good Selection of cars. I would 100% use there guys again. They have a mechanic on site and the cars are fully checked before they leave and serviced. Very professional service.

I recently bought a used car here and was so impressed with the quality and service. I have bought several used cars in the past from different dealers and have never been as happy as I am with the one I purchased from Jefferies Farm. I test drove the car and paid a deposit and it was ready to collect on time several days later. I would definitely recommend Jefferies Farm to family and friends if they were looking for a used car. Their customer service is excellent also and hands down the best I have ever received.

Traveled 470 miles for car Karl had car ready to go if I bought it fully serviced and fresh MOT given time to check it over and test drive car was very well presented I would not hesitate to purchase a car from here again 8hr drive home and car did not miss a beat.Karl was happy to collect me at Gatwick but in my rush I booked Heathrow taxi £77 Karl went half says a lot when he was not to blame for that

This is a good place to buy used cars. All cars are in good condition, low mileage (about 60,000 miles) and no older than 8 years. The paperwork is very fast and in addition they pass a technical inspection. The owner brought the car right to our house!

We went to Jefferies today to try a car. They could not have been more accommodating. The car wasn't for us unfortunately but there was no pressure selling or issues. This is really refreshing and means I've put them on my list of garages to keep an eye on stock from.
